Suspicious strangers in the area, news from schools, events at our local schools that are open for us to attend – like plays fund raising auctions etc., SF construction issues
This could be a fun place to make birth, wedding, engagement, graduation, or promotion at work announcements, Birthdays, anniversaries etc…
I saw this on Yahoo! today and found it very interesting. I would assume the oak tree in the middle of our neighborhood was “saved” because Robin Hood once used a large oak to hide in. check out the link. interesting.

Our neighborhood park now has a name.
A SF neighbor wrote in to the city asking if we could have a name presented to our park. They were happy to oblige and sent out a survey asking for suggestions. Then, they took a vote on the suggested names -thus “Robin Hood Park” was named.
We live in a great City where communication with our city officials is uncomplicated and they listen and care about our community.
does anyone know who to contact about streetlight outages?
Tuesday August 4 2009 our neighborhood will once again participate in National Night OUt. It will be at he park again, but start at 530pm. It will be a potluck this year! We hope to again have the Gladstone Fire and Police depts. come by.
